(1923-2019) - Announcing the passing of an old soldier, proud veteran of World War II, Harold Gill known as Gilly at the F. J. Davey Home on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Lovingly remembered by his daughter Rosanne (Greg Vandette) and dearest sister Norma Jean Martinelli (late Sonny). Dear grandfather to Amanda Rose Major (Mike Larue) and Jonathan Harold Major. Great grandfather to Jaxon and Liam Larue. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Bernadette (2004), sister Grace Beith (late Jack) and his parents Cuthbert and Marion Gill. We will never here the words “God Dammit” and not think of you. He loved his country hated all things Liberal and where ever you are we hope you’re riding your bicycle and catching all the beavers.
