GILMAR, Gary Wayne

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Monday, October 25, 2004. Beloved husband and soul mate to Shirley. Father of Robert (Lea), Lyle (Vicki), Gayle (Curtis), Terry, Wayne and the late Glen (Cindy). Grandfather of 9. Son of the late Robert and Nellie Gilmar. Brother of Marg Pickering and the late Lois Shuttleworth. Cherished nephew of Hud Merrick. Special “Dad” for 33 years to Karen Petingalo (David) and Philip Patterson. Grampa, best friend and mentor of Matthew and Jeffery Petingalo and Jaclyn Gilmar. Sadly missed by his loyal friend “Squeaker”. Friend to many. In keeping with Gary’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. He will be laid to rest with his father at West Korah Cemetery.
