Goldie Godson passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Saturday, November 23, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Bob. Loving mother of Gail Hoffman (Carman), Sandra Riggs (Leslie), George (Heather) of Peterborough, Ontario. Grandmother of Karen Inch (Perry), Ken Hoffman, Brent Riggs (Nancy), Craig Riggs, Kelly McCarthy and Tim Dodson (Tina). Great grandmother of 7. Sister of Bob MacLeod (Pearl) of Scarborough, Ontario and sister-in-law of Ruth MacLeod of Elliot Lake. Predeceased by 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, November 27th from 2:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Kathryn Knox-McLelland officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
