Haney, Robert Donald:

With sadness, we announce that Robert passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the age of 89.

Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Bell) for over 67 years.
Loving father of Lorraine, Chris and Shelley (Jodi Zoellner).
Survived by his sister Norma Reed (Ken).
Fondly remembered by in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Robert was an avid baseball and hockey fan. He loved to look after his yard and spent hours outside enjoying the sundeck. He was proud to have been a manager for National Grocers in both Sault Ste. Marie and Kitchener for a total of 45 years. Robert was a wonderful, kind soul, loving husband and father. We will miss him every day.

A private gathering to celebrate Robert's life will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener (519) 749-8467.
