Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Arnold Matheson and Mack Hernden. Loving mother of Sharon Hielema (Harry), Debbie Livingston (Frank) and Edward Matheson. Proud Grandmother of Sherry O'Brien, Tim O'Brien (Siobhan), Kara Aylesworth, Terry- Jo Jagger (Dan) and Crystal Bauman (Dave). Doreen will be sadly missed by her great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Ellen Raffaelle (late Fred), Eddy Ledyit (Sharon), Lloyd Ledyit (late Sheila), George Ledyit, Sam Ledyit (Rhea), John Ledyit (Carol), Shirley Grexton (late Lance) and predeceased by Kenneth Ledyit (late Lula), William Ledyit (Pat), Ernest Ledyit (late Joyce) and baby Eddy.
