Peacefully, at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice, surrounded by family, on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 82. Beloved wife now reunited with the love of her life the late Floyd Hickingbottom. Loving mother of Brian, Terry (Maggie Halliday), and Lori Babcock (Steve). Cherished Grandma of Danielle Babcock, Joey Babcock, Alicia Bosscher (Josh), Tyler Hickingbottom, Jeremy Halliday (Shannon), and Matthew Halliday. Great Grandma of Chloe Bosscher, and Nathan Bosscher. Predeceased by her parents John and Sarah (Sally) Dunlop. Sister of the late Angus, late Jacqueline, Sharon Robertson (Don), Gary (Theresa), Randy, Grant, Julian, Wendy, and Wanda Maione (Frank). Sister-in-law of the late Pearl Hickingbottom. Special thanks for the loving support of Brenda Martel (Mike) and the staff at ARCH for their compassionate care. Jessie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10:30am until 11:30 am. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 12pm. Rev. Dr. David Zub officiating.
