Kathleen Hocking passed away suddenly at the General Hospital on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Leonard. Cherished mother of Tony and wife Colleen of Sault Ste. Marie, Rodney and wife Brenda of Penticton, B.C. Loving nanny of Carol and Crystal Hocking. Dear grandma of Kyle, Ian, Karen and Victoria Hocking. Sister of the late Gladys Baillie, Roy Weller (late Betty) of England, Harold Weller (Bette) of Australia and Mary Gunn (Lionel) of Niagara Falls. Dear aunt of Paulette Hagen (Odvar) of Sudbury, Tim Baillie, and numerous nieces and nephews overseas. At Kathleen's request, a private funeral service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 14 with Rev. Wendy Bussell officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
