Peacefully at the Riverside Health Centre in Fort Frances, with family by her side on Saturday, May 22, 2004 in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Harry Holmes and the late Thompson Harper. Loving mother of Richard Harper (Kerry), Vicki Legg (Brad), Vera Taylor (Allan), Dennis Holmes (Colleen), Doug Holmes, Donna Teare (Andrew) and Shaune Holmes (Victoria). Connie will be sadly missed by her 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of 10 surviving siblings and predeceased by her 2 brothers. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Friday, May 28, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, May 29, 2004 at 10 am. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Algoma Lung Association would be appreciated.
