October 9, 1949 - September 17, 2021

Murray "Dean" Jensen, passed away peacefully with his children by his side, September 17, 2021 in his 71st year.

Preceded in death by his loving wife, Susan. Loving father of Greg Wilson (Marylynn), Kevin Jensen, Sally Folz (Douglas).

Proud grandfather of Olivia, Blair, Reid, Ashley, Xander, Zara, Tavis, Allyson, Isaiah and Danielle. Loving son of the late Franz and Louise Jensen, dear brother of Eileen Savard(Edmond) , Robert (Yvonne) and the late Gus(Yvette), Brian, and Margaret Jensen. The dear uncle of the late Kevin Jensen and Renay Savard. Brother in law of Sally Wilson, Don (Pat) Wilson, Brian (Rita) Wilson, Jerry (Sandy) Wilson and the late Dave(Shirley)Wilson. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Dean was a proud Grandpa, he loved his grandchildren with an unconditional love and there was nothing he wouldn't do for them. He loved to play his mandolin, guitar and banjo while he sang his favorite songs, warming their hearts and making them smile. He had a passion for music, he never missed an opportunity to jam with family and friends. He was a hard working man, never taking a break. He even spent his hard earned holiday's harvesting wood for the winter. He had a love for woodworking and would spend many hours working on projects including toys for his grandchildren. He would show his love and dedication to his family by being there whenever they needed him. Whether it was visiting with his sister and helping her in the garden or working in the wood with his nephew or cooking his homemade soup for his grandbabies; he was there.

Thank you Dad for showing us how to love and nurture our families, just as you loved and nurtured us. Say hi to mom for us, we love you both.

Forever in our hearts.

A heartfelt special thank you goes out to the caring nurses and Doctors of the Sault Area Hospital ICU unit.

With respect to Deans wishes cremation has taken place and no visitation or service will be held.
