Tim passed away peacefully on March 18, 2022 surrounded by his family at the age of 61. Survived by his loving wife Mona. Cherished father to Kristine and Tim (Nicole Boissoneau) Johns and stepfather to Chad (Joann) Boucher, Jasmine (Denis) Blatter and Cheristy Akiwenzie (Anthony). Proud grandpa to Joseph, William, Calem, Lillianna, Quinn, Seth, Micha and Ethan. Baby brother of the late Bernard, Bernice (Eric) Clement, Arlene (late Arnold) Solomon, William, Alfred (Judy) and Stella (late Edward) Jones. Predeceased by his parents Louise Johns and Joseph Lamore. He will be remembered by many extended family and friends.
Tim was very involved in the community. Serving as a firefighter for over 20 years with Garden River Fire Department. He was an avid fisher and loved music, finding a passion for DJing in his later years, playing at hundreds of events in Algoma.
A sincere thank you to the Garden River Fire Department, Garden River Aggregates, Garden River Country Style, Garden River Public Works, the staff at the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic as well as the paramedics for all your compassion and care towards Tim. Lastly, we would like to thank all of our family and friends and the Garden River community for your loving support over the years.
