“A piece of our heart went to Heaven today.” It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved and cherished husband to Marian; Harry Johnson at the age of 81 years. Loving daddy to: Lynne Murphy (Tim) of Barrie, Carol Ross (John) and Tom (Kumiko) of Barrie. Devoted gramps to: Catie Sirie (Chris) of Whitby, Jennifer Ross, Joshua and Noah Johnson of Barrie. Brother to: Victor Johnson and Flo Moreland and pre-deceased by Charlie Johnson, Clara Williams, Agnes Ansley and Nora Webb. Brother-in-law of: Vivian Rhodes (late John), Hank Shook (Irene), Mae Tarter (Bill), Jerald Shook (Monique), Wayne Shook and the late Herb Shook (late Vi). Harry leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews. As per Harry’s wishes there will be a Memorial Service at St. Andrews United Church (712 Wellington Street East) on Friday December 10, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Phil Miller and Mrs. Janet Norman officiating. Interment of ashes at Pine Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Elks Oncology Van or to the St. Andrew’s United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
