Peacefully, at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the age of 86.
Beloved wife of the late Larry, loving mother of Steven (Marianne) and Chris (Cynthia). Proud grandmother of Andrew and Matthew. Dear sister of Doreen Guerriero (Jim), late Arnold Willoughby (late Virgina), Norma Martin (late Robert), and Reg Willoughby (late Krystyna). Sister-in-law of late Jerry Morin (late Robert), Wayne (late Marilyn), late Arline Groh (late William), Joel (late Paulette) and Cheryl Morin (late Robert). She is predeceased by her parents Edward and Bertha Willoughby (nee Weir). Nancy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Nancy was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, married to Larry for over 57 years, was an avid quilter and worked at the Public Utilities Commission in Sault Ste Marie for over 40 years.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 6 pm until 8 pm. Funeral service to be held at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church (136 Cathcart Street) on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 11 am with Rev. Charlene Wilson officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
