It is with great sorrow that the family wish to announce the passing of Yvonne Lacasse (nee Chartrand) at the General Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, on Thursday, March 18, 2004 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of the late Roland Lacasse. Loving mother of Roland Lacasse Jr. (Valerie) of Vancouver, B.C., Rita Moise (Lucien) of Blind River, Diane Rapson-Armstrong (Jim) of Florida, Denis Lacasse (Colleen) of Blind River, Sue-Anne Lacasse (Richard Mousseau) of Sault Ste. Marie and Janet Lacasse (Gary Giesler) of Blind River. Dear grandmother of Bryce, Brad, Raquel, Jessie, Dustin, Corey, Tyler, Sherri-Lyn, Colden, Joseph, Yvette, Andrew and great grandmother of Scott, William, Brock, Peter and Alexandra. Dear sister of Rose Mousseau (late Jerry), Leo Chartrand (Janet) and Romeo Chartrand (Kathy), all of Sault Ste. Marie. She always had a special place in her heart for all of her nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Menard Funeral Home in Blind River on Monday, March 22, 2004 from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Sister Bernadette Paquette officiating. Cremation to follow.
