After a short battle with cancer, David left us peacefully in the early hours of the morning at Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the age of 54.
Beloved son of Doreen May (Bud) and the late Lloyd Lachowich. Much loved brother of Danny (Jenn) and Debbie. Special uncle to Sydney, Rachel, Ryan, Tyler, Kailey and great-uncle to Abigail. Dave will be missed by his Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. The family would like to thank the nursing staff at the SAH ER, 3C and 3B, Dr. Evans, Dr. Bignell, Dr. Alhasan, Dr. Wilson, Dr. Apostle, and the amazing staff at ARCH for making Dave's last days as peaceful as possible. In keeping with David's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations payable by cheque or online to ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
