LANGFORD, Eileen Marjorie, June 4, 1937 - March 18, 2023

Eileen was born to Cyril and Zella Dorer. She passed away surrounded by family on March 18 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice. 

She is survived by her husband of over 66 years, William Ralph Langford also by her children Debbie Albidone (Frank), Betty Ann Smith (Dan), Bill (Nancy) and Joy Bowman (Darryl). Also survived by two brothers, Arthur (Karin) and Ron (Terry) both of B.C. She was the proud grandmother of 11, Nathan Albidone, Trisha Bedley (Chris), James Albidone (Melissa), Amy Plastino (Nick), Andrew Smith (Nadine), Mark Smith (Averil), Rebecca Brown (Matt), Kristi Smith, Alyssa Daku, Saryna Montes (Matt) and Anthony Langford (Tayler). She was the great grandmother of 9 and had one great great grandson. 

Eileen had a heart full of love for her family that overflowed to many others as well. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, fully committed to her family and her Lord. She exemplified a servant's heart and was a woman of prayer. She graciously endured 11 plus years of fighting multiple myeloma cancer. She often commented that she had had a full and blessed life.

As per Eileen's request a Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Galilean Bible Camp, A.R.C.H or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
