Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital with her family by her side on Friday, June 18, 2004. Beloved wife of over 43 years to Guy LaRocque. Loving mother of Lynne LaRocque and Lise LaRocque. Proud grandmother of Dietrich. Claire is survived by her mother Fleur-Ange Roy (late Jean Baptiste) and her sisters Lise Manoni (Franco), Monique Dupuis, Francine Belanger and brother Andre Roy. Claire will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. At Claire’s request there will be no funeral here in Sault Ste. Marie. A funeral mass will take place later this week in Hull, Quebec. Memorial contributions to the Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre 759-2522.
