Passed away peacefully at the Extendicare Van Daele on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Russell T. Lavallee. Loving mother of Jeanne Horbatuk (Bill), Cecile Pavoni (Dominic), Rene Lavallee (Beryl) and Madeleine McKinnon (Allister). Dearly loved grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother of many. Cecile was predeceased by her parents and 10 brothers and sisters. At Cecile's request there will be no visitation. Funeral mass held at Precious Blood Cathedral on Friday February 13th with Rev. B.J. Burns officiating. Interment took place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Van Daele Residents Council, the Alzheimers Society or Precious Blood Cathedral Memorial Fund would be appreciated. Cecile's family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. West and all the nursing staff on 2nd floor Van Daele who took care of Cecile for the last few years.
