It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Mike at ARCH on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at the age 65. Proud father of Selena (Neal Adams), Nicole Poole (Leonard) and Kaitlin (Alex Morin). Special Grandpa of Joshua, Jessie and Jace Adams & Jason, Kathleen, Seanna and Vance Poole. Dear brother of Pierre (Karl-Anne), Daniel (Susan), and the late Bernice (Albert). Special friend of Linda. Mike will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
He was proud of his 25-year career as a custodian at Sault College. Mike was a friend to all and always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758). In honour of Mike celebrating 30 years of sobriety, memorial donations to the Ken Brown Recovery Home would be appreciated.
