Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Mackenzie. Cherished mother of Marylaine Johnson (Raymond), John (Aster), Stephen (Connie) and Alvin. Proud grandma of Andre Johnson (Jen) and Dwayne Johnson, Josiah (Chloe), Charissa, Kevin, Krystyna, Joseph, Jeremiah, Hannah and Isaiah Mackenzie. Predeceased by her parents George and Rosamond Hunt. Sister of Marlene Williamson, Beverly Hudson, William Hunt and Ronald Hunt. Predeceased by her siblings Matilda Haney, Edward Hunt, David Hunt (late Erma), Mary Seymour (late Stanley), Eleanor Noble (late Don), Fred Hunt, Ethel Hunt and Ernest John Hunt. Beatrice will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 6 – 8 pm. Celebration of Life to be held at Bethel Bible Chapel on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2 pm. Pastor John Howarth officiating. Memorial contributions to the Camp Aush-Bik-Koong or Galilean Bible Camp would be appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Maple View for their care and compassion.
