(1958-2018) ~ It is with sad hearts the family of Heather announces her unexpected passing on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at her home in Victoria, BC, of natural causes. Youngest child of and predeceased by Chuck and Lorraine (Roy). Dear sister of Phyllis of Barrie, Bob of Sault Ste. Marie, and the late Valerie. Dear “Auntie” to Jason, Jodie, Ashleigh, Brittany, Scott and Meghan. Cousin and niece too many in the Sault. Dear friend of David Wilhelmson. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Heather graduated as a Registered Nurse from Sault College. She followed her dreams to Nanaimo and then to Victoria, BC where she made many friends. She loved camping and the outdoors. Heather became involved with the Victoria Ballroom Dancing Society where she discovered her passion for dancing. Heather was a very humorous person, kind and friendly to all she met. We will miss her. A Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Barrie. Cremation has taken place.
