Peacefully at Sault Area Hospital (Plummer) on Sunday, December 12, 2004. Michael Madajczuk. Beloved husband of Janina Madajczuk and loving father of Anna Madajczuk. Brother of Anastasia Oss-Emer of Italy. At the family's request there will be no visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass and committal service at St. Andrew Bobola Church on Wednesday, December 15th at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Josef Niesyto officiating. The Madajczuk family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Clarke and the nursing staff of the Palliative Care and the Critical Care Unit of Sault Area Hospital for the care and concern shown to Michael and them.
