It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Stella Mariasz on Thursday, December 20, 2018 surrounded by her family.
Beloved daughter of Jadwiga and the late Piotr Mariasz. Cherished sister of Christine Hill-Snider (Harvey). Loving aunt of Christopher (Natasha), Jenn (Jon) and Kathryn (Bryce). Special great aunt of Ryder, Madeline, Easton and Jakob. Stella was a quiet, gentle soul. She will be fondly remembered for her love of old movies, her passion for the Royals and her undeniable affection for Elvis. "It will be a very blue Christmas without you."
The family would like to acknowledge the dedicated paramedics and the exceptional trauma team at the Sault Area Hospital for their valiant efforts.
Funeral mass to be celebrated from Holy Family Parish on Monday December 24, 2018 at 11 am. Rev. Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
