Peacefully, surrounded by family on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at the age of 95 years young. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Barber) for 72 years. Loving father of Lee Anne Phillips (late Harry), Ronald McClelland (Marlene) and Lynn McClelland (Toni). Cherished papa of Tom Phillips (Jodi), Terry Phillips (Kelly), Tanya McClelland, Tasha McClelland (Paul Beauchamp), Ron McClelland Jr. (Amanda) and Allen McClelland (Lorie). Great papa of 13. Special popa of Mariah, Ava and Victoria. Predeceased by his parents Maurice and Eda McClelland and his siblings Murray (late Jessie), Joan Vickers (late Paul) and Norma McClelland. Brother-in-law of the late Lloyd Barber (Lola), the late Reg Barber (late Mariam) and the late Mac Barber. Elmer will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
