It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of John (Jack) McIntyre, 65 years of age, Monday, July 18, 2005 at Sudbury Regional Hospital. Loving son of the late Anna and Daniel McIntyre, beloved husband and best friend of the late Linda McIntyre, loving father of Kenna of Elliot Lake, John (Helen), Keith and Dan (Lori) all of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather of Crystal, Mark, Trista, Michael, Mary, Thomas-John, Kelsey, Cory and Kyle. Brother to Gladys, Donald (predeceased), Isabelle, Robert, Phebie, Florence (predeceased), Albert, Pearl (Nicky), Jean (Bruce), Donna (Doug). Brother-in-law to Mike (Lorri), Beverly (David), Florence, Gloria, Dave (predeceased). He will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Moose Hall on Thursday, July 21, 2005 in the evening between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Service at the Moose Hall on Friday, July 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with interment at Woodland Cemetery to follow, and concluded with a gathering at the Royal Canadian Legion. Jack was a giving member of the community who was always happy to lend a helping hand, a devoted husband and father, and a wonderful man who will truly be missed.
