John R. (Jack) McLarty passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Friday, December 6, 2002, at the age of 75. Loving husband of Shirley. Beloved father of Judy Holmberg (Robbie), Terrance, Randy (Janey), Don (Sherry), Cheryl McLarty (Randy), John and Peter (Kelly). Loving grandfather of Sheyhlyn, Monica, Danny, Brad, Miranda, Laura, Greg, Anna-Lisa, Hulon, Christopher and Ami. Cherished great grandfather of 5. John is predeceased by his brothers Jim, Gordon, Eddie, Ron, Bud, one sister Eileen Stableforth and grandson Josh. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, December 10 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Darryl Price officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
