It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jessie McLeod at the Golden Birches Terrace, Blind River, Wednesday, April 6th, 2004 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd McLeod. Dear mother of Gary McLeod (Margaret) of Blind River. Dear grandmother of Gary David (wife Cathy), Edwin (wife Karen), and Lydia Roy (Dany). Dear great grandmother of Emily, Hailey, Aby, Jacob, Amanda and Thomas. Dear sister of Garnet McGillivray (May), late Helen Shaughnessy (Bud) and the late Mary Ramsay (late Jim). Friends may call at the Menard Funeral Home Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held Saturday, April 10, at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with Rev. Gilbert Kidd officiating. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Immanuel Baptist Church or the Golden Birches Terrace would be greatly appreciated.
