Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice, with her family by her side on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late J.D. McPhail. Loving mother of Stephen Bruce McPhail (Michele) and Susan Jane Hollingsworth (Dan). Proud Grammy of Krystyn Peterson (Mike), Sarah Jane Hollingsworth (Riley Grant), Graeme Daniel Hollingsworth, Christine Gordon and Courtney Gordon. Great Grammy of Kaydance, Aydrielle, Dallas and Treasure. Daughter of the late Bruce and the late Wilda Hunter. Daughter-in-law of the late Norma and the late Duncan McPhail. Dearest sister of Patti McArthur (David) and Penny Hunter. Special aunt of Erin Ferlaino (Gennaro), Lisa Hough (David), Lauren, Michael, Ross and Meagan. A private memorial service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522.) Rev. John Wilson and Rev. Charlene Wilson officiated.
