It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loved one Carlos who passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on, Saturday October 7th, 2017 at Sault Area Hospital in his 59th year. Loved husband of Jennifer (Chapman) for 23 years. Loving father of Jasmine of Batchawana Bay, Christopher (Jessie), and Jonathan and adored grandfather of Carter of Cambridge. Beloved son of Zelia Medeiros and the late Joao De Medeiros; Dear brother of Mario (Donna), John, and Joe of Cambridge.  Nephew of Manuel (Alda), Lucy (Serafim) Da Silva, Maria Silva, Gilda Ferreira, Conceicao Cordeiro, Maria Jose Medeiros. Loved son-in-law of Ida Chapman and the late Gordon Chapman (Cheryl).  Brother in law to Judy Price (Wayne), Wanita Chapman (Norm), Alfred, Debbie Seppala (David), William Chapman (Candy), Mary Ellen Higo (Trevor), Michael Chapman, and Lori Vezina. Very special and loved uncle of Valyne (Deej), Jean-Paul, Sara (Matt), Lauren, Micheal, Matthew, Allison (Brett), Gordie, Josie, Carly, Emma, Cora-Lee, Meagan, Celia, Logan, Westly, Lilith, Michaela, and Great uncle to Janice, Jacklyn, Jorden and Tiesen.  Carlos is survived by many aunties, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East) on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, Celebration of Life Service to follow in the Chapel at 2:00 pm. Thank You to Dr. Beuhner, Dr. Apostle, Dr. Booth, Dr.Wilson, SAH Cancer Care Doctors, staff, Franca Iachetta and Sault Area Hospital 3B staff.
