Passed away peacefully at the SAH surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the age of 78. Loving wife of Maurice Nadon, cherished mother of Jody Baskcomb (David), Maurice Jr. (Barbara) and Patty-Ann Nadon-Koro (Jyrki). Loving Nana of Caley, Kayla, Jayme, Sarah, Emma and Sarah. Great Nana of Aubrey and Georgia. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Bernice Osmars. Sister of Shirley Prest (late Frank) and the late Gail Villeneuve (late Phil). Much loved sister-in-law of Mariette Nadon, Cécile Landry (late Roger), Robert Nadon (Claudette), Jacqueline Laurin (Raymond) and the late Gérald Nadon. Joan will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cherished friends. In keeping with Joan’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Joan’s family would like to thank the nursing and medical staff of SAH for their care and compassion. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
