Joined late husband Fred one day before their 52nd wedding anniversary. Cherished mother of Michael and Christine McBride (Steve). Beloved grandmother of Colton and Brooke-Lynn McBride. Devoted big sister of Alison (Bill Fedorchuk), Mindy, and Cathy Chaput (Peter). Loving Aunt of Matthew, late Aaron, and Chelsea Chaput, Abbie Barsalou (Sherry) and David Barsalou. Predeceased by parents Margaret and Wallace Holmes. Forever missed by furbabies Bella and Fiona.
Mary had a lifelong passion for horses and animals which was shared with Christine, Colton and Brooke-Lynn. She loved watching them compete in horse shows. Mary was extremely artistic. She loved everything from painting to crocheting. She passed this talent onto Michael, and was proud of all of his creations. Mary loved being a mom and especially loved being a grandmother. She will always be remembered as a giving woman with a kind smile and quick wit.
