Rose Nelson passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital with her family by her side on Monday, June 2, 2003 at the age of 62. Loving wife of over 42 years to Bob Nelson. Dear mother of Derrick (Terri), Darin (friend Richard Wainman) and Tonya Morris (Woody). Cherished daughter of Marie Barton and the late Maurice Barton. Proud grandma of Sarah Nelson (Lonnie Frolich) and Kyle and Kelsey Morris. Great grandmother of Gregory Frolich. Beloved sister of Maxine Pollock (Bob), Carrie Blatter (Peter), Jim Barton (Rose) and the late Marilyn Nelson (Ralph). A private family interment will take place on Thursday, June 5 at the Mountain Cemetery on St. Joseph Island. Friends are invited for a luncheon at the Hilton Beach Community Centre on Thursday, June 5 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions to the Cancer Clinic, Hilton Beach Community Centre or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
