Passed away peacefully in her sleep at the F.J. Davey Home on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the age of 88.
Teresa is now reunited with her dear husband Mattia Notte. Loving and cherished mother of John, Peter (Irena) and Aldo. Proud Nonna of Teresa, Laura (Ryan), James (Bailey), Victoria and Matthew. Great Nonna of Caile, Cooper, and Cruise. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Angela Cuccovia. Dear sister of late Lucia Bortone (late Benny), the late Rocco Cuccovia (late Josephine) and late Anthony Cuccovia (Betty). Daughter-in-law of the late Felice and late Angela Notte. Sister-in-law of the late Alex Notte (late Giovanna), and late Giovannina Del Paggio (late John). Theresa will be missed and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Teresa had a passion for gardening and loved to spend time in the kitchen creating dishes for her boys and grandchildren. She enjoyed many years with her husband and family at her cottage in Haviland Bay.
Friends and family are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home Barton & Kiteley Chapel on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 between 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church at 12:00 pm. Father Bogdan Mironvich officiating. Teresa will be laid to rest with her husband at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Mausoleum. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
