A celebration of the life of Mary Nykiforuk, age 88. On January 4, 2005, after a valiant struggle with a lengthy illness, Mary passed away in Toronto Western Hospital with family by her side. Mary is predeceased by her loving husband Paul and by her children Helen and William. Beloved mother of Grace (Toronto), Shirley (Bruce Mines, ON) and Donald. Grandmother of Tracey (John), Shelayne (Scott), Beth (Les), and De-Anne (Andrew). Great-grandmother of Tyler, Dylan, Coleman, and Elizabeth Ann. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Anne, Rose, Olive, Mike, Bill and John. As a wife and grandmother, she was a source of strength and dignity to us all. Her concern and caring continued to her last breath. Her journey now is to join those who went before her, where she can forever breathe easily and walk freely in the light of God's grace and love. Memorial Service at Bruce Mines United Church in Bruce Mines on Saturday June 18th, 2005 at 1pm. Interment of cremated remains at The Greenwood Cemetery in Sault Ste. Marie to follow.
