Peacefully at the Sudbury Memorial Hospital, with family by his side on Sunday, June 5, 2005 at the age of 84. Husband and “Sweetheart” of Lois Nylander. Loving father and mentor of Terry Dunn and Jamie Nylander. “Special Grampa” of Lindsey and Jared Nylander and Janey and Emily Dunn. Son of the late John and Asta Nylander. Brother of the late Ray Nylander and the late Shirley McDermott. Special uncle to Jack and Jackie McDermott and his other nieces and nephews. “Uncle Gordie” to many loving cousins.
