Peacefully at the General Hospital, with his family by his side on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at the age of 78. Beloved husband and best friend of Edna D. Paskins (Skagen). Loving father of Tara Sears (Daniel) and Peter Jr. (Melinda). Stepfather of Anna Mogg (Hal) and Robert Skagen (Terri). Proud grandfather of Jordan, Michayla and Jesse Sears, Chelsea and Cory Paskins, Jennifer, Steven and Jonathan Mogg. Brother-in-law of Julia Hatcher (Roy).
