We are sad to announce the passing of Marc Anthony Peterson of Hilton Beach Ontario on Monday, November 29, 2021 in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.  Fondly remembered by parents Warren and Dianne Peterson (née Breau), brothers Matthew J. Peterson (fiancé Allison Latimer) of Prince George, BC who was at his side, Eric D. Peterson of Marathon, ON and  Shannon Peterson (née Stephenson) his widow.  Grandson to the late Roger Breau and Thérèse Savoie of Neguac, NB; Irene and Bruce Peterson of Rockport, ON.  Also remembered by his uncle Cliff Peterson of Oshawa, ON, his four 1st cousins as well as his hundreds of family members across Canada and many friends his life has touched in his short but love filled 37 years.

We want to thank all who were Marc's emotional, physical and mental support over the years; especially Shannon Peterson, all medical care staff and frontline workers through his hardest times. The love and friendship over time was spoken and reminisced about on many a day.

Please remember the good times that you had with Marc and celebrate his life lived. His suffering is over, he left in comfort and is now in peace.

Following Marc's wishes, cremation has taken place and as there is no service a small private immediate family gathering to celebrate his life will be held in the future.  All prayers and wishes from friends, family and acquaintances can be made through social media pages and through his memorial page. Memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) in lieu of flowers to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society or London Ontario Multi Organ Transplant Program at the London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF) or Sault Ste Marie Hospital Foundation in Marc's name would be appreciated.  Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.arthurfuneralhome.com for the Peterson family. Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East Sault Ste Marie, ON 705-759-2522).
