Peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Samuel Louis Petingola. Loving mother and best friend of Linda Smith (Bryon), Steve (Shelley), Thomas (Doris), Larry (Colleen) and Sam (Lise). Proud Grandma of Shelly Hurry (late David), Bryon Jr. (Tisha), Derek (Mindy), Stephanie (Andrew), Mike (Jennifer), Steve Jr. (Karen), Laura (George), Nicole (John) and the late Michelle. Great Grandmother and great great grandmother of many. Daughter of the late Thomas and Louise DiTommaso. Dear sister of Rose DiTommaso and Mary and predeceased by Cecilia, Louise and Frank. Sister-in-law of Jim Petingola (late June), Joe Petingola (late Margaret), Albert Petingola (late Lynne), Art Gualazzi (late Mary) and predeceased by Helen Schryer (late Bud), Lucy Gaudette, Barbara Petingola, Sam Panco (late Eda), Fred Petingola (late Mary), Peter Petingola (late Georgina), Dominic Petingola (late Deanna), Betty Eckley, Anne Cerenzie (late Frank), John Petingola (late Pearl) and Emma Aubin (late Ken Sr.). Theresa will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 2 pm until 4 pm.
