Diane passed away suddenly after a lengthily illness at Extendicare Mapleview on February 17, 2022, at the age of 65. Left to mourn are Diane’s fiancé Todd Keller, her most precious son Brad (Amy) and granddaughter Bailee. Loving daughter of Sylvia (late John) Piazza. Best friend and sister to Jane Constantineau (Gary). Diane loved her two nephews Derek and Sean Constantineau and her fur baby Cody. Dearly loved by Brenda Willoughby and family. Diane left her mark on many friendships made during her hospital stays and dialysis days. Special thanks sent to the staff at Extendicare Mapleview on Harmony Bay, SAH Dialysis Unit and all who played a vital role in her care.
There will be a public visitation at O’Sullivan Funeral Home (215 St. James St, SSM) on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Due to the covid-19 restrictions face coverings must be worn and social distancing will be adhered to. Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of choice in Diane’s name would be appreciated. We bid goodbye to one so loved but never will be forgotten.
