It is with great sadness the family of Murray Rains announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, August 31, 2005 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Mary Lou (nee Pritchard). Always loved Dad of Wayne (Emily), Jean Hennessy (Bob) and Ross (Suzie). Grandpa to eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Dear brother of Laurence Rains (Marie) and the late Jean. Remembered by his nieces and nephews. At Murray's request a private family service was held at the Barton & Kiteley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, September 4, 2005. Interment Richards Landing Cemetery. Donations to Matthews Memorial Hospital Auxiliary or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
