Wilfred Louis (Sonny) Reville passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 17, 2003 in his 76th year. Loving husband of Joan and his late wife of 46 years, Teresa. Loving father of; Iola Reville (John Plause) of Burlington, Ont., Wayne (Louise) of Goulais River, Ont., Mark (Lisa) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Tom (Toni Anne) of Sault Ste Marie, Michael of Calgary, Alberta, Terry of Sault Ste. Marie and Ted (Millie) of Sault Ste. Marie. Loving stepfather of; Karen Wilshere (Don) of Sault Ste Marie, Jaye Frost (Lloyd) of Heyden, Rob Diotte (Lily) of Port Alberni, B.C., Ted Diette of Sault Ste. Marie, Pattie Diotte (Joe Stadnik) of Sault Ste. Marie, Judy (John Uchmanowicz) of Sault Ste Marie, Michael Diotte (Christine) of Pickering and Margaret Diotte (Paul Rosso) of Sault Ste Marie. Cherished grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 5. Special step-grandfather of 13 and step-great grandfather of 4. Dear son of Christina and the late Wilfred Reville Sr. Dear brother of; George Reville (Maureen) and the late Warren Reville. Special cousin of Mary Gerow all of Sault Ste Marie. Special uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Ken (Edith) Suriano. Brother-in-law of; Anne (Bob) Currie of Gibson, B.C., Andy (Linda) Rowe of South Carolina, Peter (Connie) Rowe of Sault Ste Marie, the late James Edward (Ted) Rowe of B.C., Rita (Ed) Murphy, Frances (late Dennis) O?Sullivan, Mae (Dr. Lou) Lukenda, Claire (Claude) Cloutier all of Sault Ste Marie, Marg (Wally) McLeod of Bruce Mines, the late Leo (late Helen) Devlin and the late Terry Devlin. Wilfred retired from Schneiders Meats after 39 years of service. Then followed his sales career with Foster Grant in the Sales and Merchandising department. Following his love of music, Wilfred joined the team of Thomas Walls School of Music where he worked for the past 12 years. He finally retired of the second time this past fall. Wilfred was very active with his musical career. He was a past member of the Sault Concert Band, the Diamond Jubilee Band, the Legion Drum and Trumpet Band and one of the founding members of the Five Spot Band. Wilfred and his long-time friend, Ken Suriano, donated their time to play at several retirement homes and the local hospitals on a monthly basis. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church on Thursday, February 20, at 10:00 a.m. with Father Jim Ketzler officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Sault Ste Marie Legion Drum & Trumpet Band or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to; Dr. Spadafora, Dr. Walde, Dr. Ianni and all the nurses who took special care of Wilfred and to Dr. Reich, your special care did not go unnoticed. Thank you. God bless you all.
