Passed away suddenly at the Plummer Hospital on Thursday, April 15, 2004 in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Howard. Dear mother of the late Ida Stearns (late Bud), Shirley Dunn (late Jim) and Gerald (Gerry) Richards (Brenda). Grandmother of Linda Mitchell (Lynn), Jim Stearns (Julie), Bob Stearns (Deb), Kim Stearns, Bill Richards (Nora) and Debbie Richards. Great grandmother of 13 and great great grandmother of 2. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Sunday, April 18, 2004 from 6-9 pm. A celebration of Bessie’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 1 pm. Mr. Thom McDonagh officiating. Interment Goulais River Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the SAH Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family.
