Peacefully with family and best friend by her side, on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at the General Hospital at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husbands William Ronald Lindsay and Cyril Swinfen Richards. Loving mother of Bill Lindsay (Zita), Nattolie Hillstrom of Duncan, British Columbia and step-mother of Lorie Peterson (George), Marny Whitaker all of North Bay, Arlie Attwell (Bob) of British Columbia and Jerry Richards (Roxanne). Grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 9 sisters. Sister-in-law of Charles Richards (Jean), late Everett Richards (Joan) and Norm Richards (Dorothy) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Life Long friend of Eileen Nisbett. At Christena’s request a private family funeral service will be held at the Barton and Kiteley Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 18, 2004. Mr. Cary Muncaster officiating. Cremation with interment Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens in Duncan, British Columbia. In lieu of flowers, Christena would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
