Dr. Robert Gordon Saker D.P.A. passed away on December 4, 2001 in Surrey, British Columbia at the age of 75 years. He is predeceased by his wife Helen (nee Young), son Don, brother Ted (Bonnie) and parents Lillian and Alfred. Robert is survived by daughters Lois and Laura Saker, sons Robert aka Rory and Lee (Linda), grandchildren Gordon, Kirk, and Jennifer Saker, daughter-in-law Patricia Saker (nee Durst) great granddaughter. Numerous nieces and nephews, sister Barbara (Jim) Kunkel and brothers Doug (Bev) and Art. During his 75 years, Robert had many accomplishments. He was a veteran, a legion member and past master 1966 Masonic Lodge #378 London, Ontario. His jobs included Grounds Foreman at The University of Western Ontario, Director of Parks in Sault Ste. Marie, Assistant Director of Parks in Delta, B.C. He also instructed classes in Horticulture at Fraser Valley College and Kwantien College in B.C.
