Peacefully, after a courageous battle, at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore “Sam” Severini. Cherished mother of Joseph (Cora), Robert (Gail) and Carlo (Alison). Proud grandmother of Casey, Jordi and Dante. Special aunt of Sam, Anthony and Frank Piraino, Luciana, Rita and Sam DeSumma, Toni McEwen and Sue Venier. Vera will be forever remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. She will be dearly missed by her fur grandchildren Nico, Coco, Zeus and Duncan. Sister of the late Rosina Muscolino (late Paul), late Gerolamo Mirenda (late Maria), late Nina DeSumma (Elio), late Frank Mirenda (Teresa) and the late Lina Piraino (Peter).
