Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the age of 72.
Beloved wife of Iain Smith for 50 years. Cherished mother of Kevin Smith (Trisha) and Stephanie Coccimiglio (Dave). Special nana of Corbin Smith, Dylan Longuepee, Sadie and Brett Coccimiglio. Step-nana to Kayla Hillcoat (Jordan), Mariah Hillcoat-Lillie (Brodie) and great nana to Payton, Harper and Claire. Dear sister of Patricia Hoffner (Walter), late Sharon Berg, John Rancourt (Yvonne), Bill Rancourt (Cheryl), Linda Falcioni, Rodney Rancourt (Doris), Robert Rancourt (Micheline). Sister-in-law of Marilyn Bachert (Brian) and Don Smith (Jamie). Kay will be fondly missed and remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her church community at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton and Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East, 705-759-2522) on Monday, March 18, 2019 between 6 pm - 9 pm. Funeral Service to take place at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. John and Rev. Dr. Charlene Wilson officiating.
Kay will be laid to rest at St. Luke's Columbarium. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to Westminster Presbyterian Church or ARCH would be greatly appreciated.
