Joseph (Pit) St. Gelais passed away suddenly at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 27, 2003 in his 77th year. Son of the late Pierre and Marie Louise St. Gelais. Special uncle (father figure) to Suzanne Bourcier (Claude) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special great uncle (grandfather figure) to Jason, Jennifer, Cheryl Boucier and great great uncle to Skylar Boucier. Brother of Ghyslaine Ronco of Deseronto, Ont. and the late Alexina St. Gelais. Uncle to Yvonne Alton of Gilford, Ontario. Friends may call at the O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, corner of Cathcart and St. James Streets, on Thursday, January 30 from noon until time of the funeral and committal service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. B.J. Burns officiating. Cremation followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Wawa. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. Joe's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff who looked after Joe while he was a patient at the Sault Area Hospital.
