Pat lived a full and active life.  She loved to travel and tend to her vegetable garden both at home and her cottage on her precious Cockburn Island. Mom would always be baking and sharing her creations with  anyone she could. Her summers and falls were spent at the cottage and she was always planning for the next family dinner.

Mom joined the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 in 1984 and is a life member. During her tenure she held positions volunteering in the kitchen, serving at the teas and bingos. One of the memorable moments were carrying the flags with the Colour Party, being on the sports teams for darts and cribbage and on the group for Sick and Visiting . She served 2 terms as President of the Ladies Auxiliary, was the Deputy Zone commander, and Zone Commander for 16 years.

Words never seem to be enough to express our deepest gratitude to Bill & Linda, Jeff & Bev, and Ellen, for your assistance to our Mom when the family needed it the most. To the Ornge Air Ambulance crew, Sudbury Health Sciences emergency the doctors and 5th floor thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion and efforts to help us get her home . Thank You ARCH for going above and beyond with accommodations for mom.
