Peacefully at the Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus, with his family by his side on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the age of 62.
Beloved husband of Karen (nee Bizley) for 41 years. Loving father of Michael (Michelle). Cherished son of Anneke and the late Peter Stroyan. Dear brother of Craig Stroyan (Lisa) and Janet Mousseau-Lawlor (Ken). Proud uncle of Phil Mousseau (Rebecca), Jessica Knox (Graham), Mitchell Stroyan and Emma Stroyan. John was very fond of Christopher Lawson and his late brother-in-law Tim Mousseau.
John was very proud to have worked for General Motors in Canada and in the United States until he retired in 2023.
A graveside service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:00 am. Rev. John Wilson officiating. The service can also be viewed anytime up to 90 days.
