On August 8th, 2023, our amazing and strong mother Raffaela Stumpo was reunited with her beloved husband, our father and Nonno, Luigi and infant son Mario.

Left behind with wonderful memories are her children, Carmela (Ralph Stancati), Frank (Maryanna) and Marisa (Kevin Martin); her grandchildren, Robert and Anthony Stancati, Michael (Samantha), Melissa (Andrew Turgeon) and Mark (Lillie) Stumpo, Jessica and Jennifer Martin; her great grandchildren, Patrick and Grace Stumpo, Emma and Connor Turgeon and Raiden and Kai Stumpo. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and those who also consider her as Nonna along with her Kotitalo friends Lisa Aceti, Elvira Pasqua, and Anna Fata.

Daughter of the late Gennaro and Maria Guzzo. Sister of the late Francesco (Clorinda) Guzzo, Rose (Silvo) Garofalo, Vincenzo (Teresina) Guzzo and Gaspare (Angelina) Guzzo.  Sister-in-law of the late Palmo, Serafino, Michele, Teresina, Rosaria, Francesco, Giuseppe, and Carmine Stumpo.

Our mom had a quick mind and an unbelievable memory that amazed us always especially since she was 95.  She also had a strong faith in God.

Thank you to the staff at Kotitalo for 4 amazing years of care. A special thank you to the staff at ARCH and Dr. Buehner for making her last months as comfortable as possible.

In lieu of flowers, donations to ARCH would be appreciated (payable online at https://www.archhospice.ca/donate or by cheque).

Resting at O’Sullivan Funeral Home (215 St. James St, SSM), family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, August 18, 2023, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
