Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday December 22, 2017 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of Elva Essie Sutherland Nee Storey. Loving father of the late Maureen Mauro (Mike), Marlene Brown (Andy), Earl Sutherland (Donna), Lyle Sutherland, Wanda Dickerson (Jim) and Kirk Storey. Proud Grandpa/Papa of Nicole (Larry), Melissa (Ryan), late Philisha, Amy O’Neill, Jonathan (Amy Warick) and Tammy Major (Mike). Great Grandpa of Riley, Olivia, Gavin, Halle, Oliver, Blake and Lucas. Brother of late Ruby, Marion, Olive, Ida, Eileen, Leona, Jean, late Laurence, late Lloyd, late James and late Vaughan. Predeceased by his parents Lyle and Dora Sutherland. Cliff will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends are invited to visit at Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. (705-759-2522) on Friday December 29, 2017 between 12:30 – 2:30 pm. Funeral service to take place in the chapel at 3 pm with Rev. Earl Burke officiating.
